SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: January 16, 2026
At Wood & Axe Co., we hand-pour every candle to order and ship directly from our workshop to ensure the highest quality reaches your door.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
- Processing Time: 2-3 business days (orders are made to order)
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground after processing
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Alaska & Hawaii
- Free shipping applies, but delivery may take 7-10 business days due to distance
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Please note that because our candles are hand-poured to order, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@woodaaxe.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@woodaaxe.com.
