REFUND POLICY

At Wood & Axe Co., we stand behind the quality of our hand-poured candles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused candles in their original condition with all packaging intact. To be eligible for a return:
- Candles must be unburned with wicks untrimmed
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Product must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your candle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@woodaaxe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@woodaaxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
